At Tungsten, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help. Please review our returns and refunds policy below to understand your options.

1. Returns

We accept returns on items that meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, must be included with the return.

Please note that certain items, such as final sale or personalized items, are not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@tungsten.fitness with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including the address where you can send the item.
  3. Please ensure that the item is properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return transit.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@tungsten.fitness to arrange the exchange.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Gift cards.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame, please check with your bank or credit card provider first, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@tungsten.fitness.
